Supported Devices¶
These sections list the officially supported edge devices, accelerators, and peripherals of the alwaysAI Platform. These are devices that have been tested with the alwaysAI system, however other devices may also be compatible.
Edge Devices¶
The edgeIQ runtime environment can run on any armv7hl, aarch64, or amd64 device that runs Docker. For accessing peripherals like USB accelerators and cameras, Docker must have HW access, which isn’t available on Mac OS or Windows. We recommend a Debian-based OS. For Mac OS and Windows, we offer a native desktop installation.
